1. Information you choose to send
If you contact Hamid Haddadian by email or Telegram, the information you send is processed by the selected external communication service. Send only information that is necessary for the discussion.
2. No website contact-form collection
This website does not provide a contact form and does not collect form submissions. Contact actions open your email client through a mailto link or take you to the public Telegram profile @HamidHaddadian.
3. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timing, and security events, according to the host provider’s own infrastructure and policies. This site does not independently claim or control the provider’s retention practices.
4. Essential language and security storage
The site stores the first-party smc-locale preference in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage so it can remember whether you selected English or Persian. This preference is functional and is not used for advertising or analytics. The hosting provider may also set an essential security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to protect the service from automated abuse; that cookie is controlled by the hosting provider.

Links to Telegram, LinkedIn, GitHub, and any other external service lead to third-party platforms. Their own privacy policies and account settings apply after you leave this site.
6. Sensitive information
Do not send credentials, API keys, account identifiers, broker data, financial records, private datasets, proprietary strategy thresholds, production logs, or confidential client information through an initial enquiry.
7. Public and proprietary project information
Public project descriptions are limited to information suitable for a technical portfolio. Proprietary code, private schemas, settings, datasets, credentials, account information, and sensitive operational detail are intentionally excluded.

This policy is an internally prepared public-site statement and does not claim independent legal review. It should be reviewed whenever analytics, forms, user accounts, payments, or other data-processing features are added.
